…Side Hop Squat If your new and you can’t do the Hopping its ok to just do the exercises without hopping until you’re ready. For this workout you want to do each exercise for as many reps as your can. Repeat these exercises 3x: Rest 30 seconds between each exercise the first time. Rest 60 seconds the second time.
