BodyRock #151: ‘Summer Legs, Booty & Abs’ Workout
Hi Team,
Coach Jessica is leading today’s lower-body & abs workout, with 2 mini-circuits of 3 exercises each that are going to strengthen and tone the largest fat burning muscles in your body.
This is a great workout to put on ‘replay’ or repeat, if you get through till the end and feel like you still have some gas left in the tank, reset and try to smash through another round. All of our workouts are designed to be stackable – use them as standalone workouts, or choose a few and do them back to back. There are so many combinations to choose from in this playlist, you have almost endless stackable routines to hone your fitness.
For this workout, you can use a pair of dumbbells, or you can do this workout bodyweight only. This is not a speed based routine – focus on slow, quality reps and remember to keep your abs and core engaged – all of the moves in this workout are great for toning your stomach.
