5 Minute Fat Burning Workout #78 – Cardio and Abs for Fat Loss

Five minute doesn’t seem like a lot when it comes to a workout, but trust me, if you engage in such a high intensity training and combine it with a clean diet, you are going to switch your metabolism and muscles into a fat burning furnace.
