Butt Workouts at Home: Why you need Weights!

For your leg and butt workouts at home its important to use weights in order to better build your butt. On our website: we go over a 30 day Home Workout plan incorporating ankle weights and a weight vest. (We also have a beginner plan that only uses your own body weight). When you’re a beginner its ok to just use your body weight. Butt as you get more advanced you’ll want to add weight. Ankle weights are a great place to start. Vicky’s uses 20lbs per leg, they cost around $25. A weight vest is another good idea (20lbs).
