BodyRock #65: The ‘Perfect’ Full Body Workout.

Coach Jana leads us through this 30 Minute workout, with full dynamic warm up. We are experimenting with bringing you some longer format workouts, and this 30 Minute session target’s all of the major muscle groups, hitting the upper body, lower body and core, with some cardio ramp ups throughout to get your heart rate firing, all without any jumps or high impact moves. As workout programming goes, if you were to get stuck on a desert island with just 1 workout, this circuit would be the one you would want.
