In this workout, @BodyRock TV trainer Sean L. leads you through 4 exercises that target all of the major muscle groups, while specifically hammering the lower body. The floor based movements are particularly great for beginners or for those people will mobility issues. While this workout will leave your legs and thighs feeling like jello, there are lot’s of ab and core moves throughout – even the standing squats are highly effective and toning your core.

Push to your maximum effort, completing as many reps with proper form as possible for each 50 second work interval. It’s not a race. Move through each exercise rep with control while maintaining your form. Listen to Slyvie for cues to modify exercises.
