Solid Abs in 10 Minutes!
This is my workout from Saturday night, when I had only 30 minutes to get ready for dinner. I had exactly 10 minutes for my workout, 8 minutes for shower and 12 minutes for my make up. The workout is super intense, great for burning calories and building nice core muscles. Set your timer for 10 minutes and go through the circuit as many times as possible. I did 4 rounds and 17 kettlebell swings. Can you beat me?
