Fit Girl Does Butt and Leg Exercises on StrideDeck

In this video Chelsey is doing her workout on the StrideDeck (www.Stridedeck.ca) for Butt and Thighs. This is an intense workout. She’s doing 3 butt and thigh exercises for about 12-20 reps each then resting 20-30 seconds between each one. This workout will really get your heart rate up, burn a ton of calories, and firm and lift your butt and thighs.
