HARDCORE Bikini Leg and Butt Workout with Fitness Model

Female Fitness Model Erica is showing you a workout that will help you get a nice sexy booty and legs. Start with wide jumping squats. Go down as far as you can, hold for 2 seconds then hop up as high as you can. Do as many as you can. Then rest 1 minute and do Curtsy Lunges with a 10-15 lbs barbell. Do 10-15 reps each side.
