Heres a great workout for your thighs and butt. Exercises: Barbell Curtsy Lunges. Start with a 10-15lbs bar and so 8-12 reps each leg. Side to Side one Leg Squat Hops. Do as many as you can. Wide to Close Hopping Squats. Do as many as you can. Hopping Deadlifts. Do as many as you can. Barbell Deadlifts. Start with a 15-20 lbs bar, go slow, and do 15-20 reps. Deep Explosive Squats.
