Butt and Leg Exercises

The first exercise are called chair lunges with the back foot on the chair. This really isolates the butt muscle. The second exercise is wide straight leg deadlifts, great for the hamstrings, inner thighs, and butt. Model Jade Bryce. Music by Kevin Macleod.
