Sexy Straight Leg Deadlifts Butt and Hamstring Workout

The first straight leg deadlift is with a wide stance. Do 10-20 reps, use weight as needed. The second is a jumping jack straight leg deadlift. This exercise wont build much but its a good warm up, good to build flexibility, and good to do right after a weighted exercise to burn out the muscle. Music by Kevin MacLeod.
