Legs and a Round Butt Workout!!

Heres a great butt workout to get a sexy booty and hot legs,
Warm-up with wide stance squats using a dumbbell for about 20-30 reps. Then do 3 sets of 10-15 reps of barbell squats. Then finish up the workout by doing different jumping squat exercises. Frog Hop squats, jumping jack squats, and wide to close squats for as many as you can.
Focus on good form and do this workout 2-3x per week.
