Bunny Slope Workout #14 – beginner series
This is a workout routine for complete beginners. Basic exercises, no equipment needed and it’s only 15 minutes long.
Workout Breakdown -15 Minute AMRAP
1. Squat leg lift x 12
2. Hip raises x 20 + 20 at the top
3. Knee supported side plank leg lift 10/10
4. Kneeling push ups x 10
5. Leg extension to high plank x10 / 10
