Women should start with around 20-30lbs and increase from there. Stepping Back Lunges with Weight in hand. Start with about 10lbs and build from there. Go real slow, take 4-5seconds down and 2-3 seconds up. Really focus on sitting your butt back and keep you back straight. Do that 6 reps. Rest 90 second between each set. Do 5 total sets.
