Romanian Deadlift to High Pull Exercise.

I’m about to teach you how to perform one of the most effective exercises you’ll ever perform: the Romanian Deadlift to High Pull, so pay attention. This exercise is extremely effective since it combines two other exercises into one, giving you a full-body workout that will make you feel superhuman.

You begin by performing a Romanian Deadlift, which focuses on working your glutes and hamstrings while also building your back. Then you add a high pull, which involves engaging your upper body and working your shoulders, biceps, and traps to produce explosive power.

This exercise has countless advantages. Your total fitness is increasing as you develop your strength, correct your posture, and do this. Not to mention that you’ll be working your glutes, which, let’s face it, we all need to work on a little more.
