KETO Cookies Recipe
Z’s FAVORITE KETO COOKIES 🍪
2 1/2 cups Blanched Almond Flour
4-6 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
6 tbsp Avocado Oil
2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp Unsalted Grass-Fed Butter
Instructions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, then add wet ingredients and combine well until a dough is made.
2. Make 10 larger cookies and use a cookie stamp if you want to be fancy. The dough will be a little brittle so be patient.
3. Bake cookies at 350f for 8-12 minutes or until light golden. Sprinkle with cinnamon while they’re still hot, and allow them to cool down completely otherwise they’ll fall apart.
