BodyRock #96: ‘Just Wanna Rock’ Full Body Workout | HIIT, Strength Training, Cardio.

Hey BodyRockers, it’s your boy Freddy here, and I’ve got a killer home workout for you today! Coach Jenny is leading the charge and it’s a full-body routine that’s going to leave you feeling worked.

We’ve got a total of 6 exercises, and we’re going to do them in 2 rounds. The first exercise is Squat to Alternating Reverse Lunge. This is a great move for working your lower body, especially your quads and glutes. Next up is the Elbow Plank Saw, which is going to work your core, shoulders, and upper body.

For exercise number 3, we’ve got the Glute Bridge & Alternating Chest Press. This is a fantastic combination for working your glutes and chest, and it’s also going to hit your triceps and shoulders. Exercise 4 is the Single Leg Deadlift to Row (Left Side), and then we’ll repeat the move on the right side for exercise 5. These moves are great for strengthening your lower body and upper back. You will also get some balance and agility work in here too.

Finally, we’ve got the Half Kneeling Shoulder Press to finish off the workout. This exercise is going to give your shoulders, triceps, and core a good burn.

This workout is 17:25 minutes long, so let’s get started! Remember to always listen to your body and modify the moves as needed. Let’s crush it.
