BodyRock #93: Full Body Dumbbell Circuit.

Hi BodyRockers,

Coach Amanda is back to lead today’s full-body dumbbell circuit. This is a short and intense strength based workout that has at least 2 completely new exercise combos that we haven’t seen in this series yet.

The exercises:

1. Reverse Lunge to Knee Drive to Shoulder Press.
2. Sumo Squat Pulse to Heel Raise [New Exercise]*
3. Arnold Press to Lateral Stretch Crunch.
4. Squat Jack to Wide Row [New Exercise]*
5. Man Makers to Squat & Press.
6. Single Leg Deadlift to Knee Drive.

If you don’t have access to a set of Dumbbells, get creative. Use a pair of cans from the pantry or fill up 2 empty 1.5L water bottles and use those as hand weights. This entire workout can also be done with body-weight only (simply clench your fists and follow along with the movements).
