There are so many ways in every workout that we empower you to take control of your movement and own your workout. Coach Tori shows you in this clip from today’s Booty & Cardio workout that you can take Skater Lunges from ‘Explosive’ to ‘Grounded’ in just 1 simple tweak. Most exercises are like this, and our Coaches always show you how you can break down exercises almost like people learning to read break down words. By showing you guys how to gear up or gear it down a few things happen.

1. You are building knowledge that will give you a sense of confidence as you move forward on your fitness journey.
2. You have an easier option before you just quit. Maybe gearing down means you keep going just a bit further and make those gains just a bit faster.
3. No matter what level you are starting at, you can participate in our home workouts. This is not a program that you have to be ‘fit’ already to take part in.

This is one example of something from one tiny clip, but it’s just a tiny example of how much we put into each and every workout that we create for our community. Our mission is to create the best home workouts in the world, and that means we spend a lot of time trying to get the details right.
