BodyRock Workout #66: Lower Body + Cardio.

Coach Tori leads us through a lower body + core circuit designed to tighten and tone the lower half, while working the core and getting in some much needed cardio into the mix. This workout starts with a brief warm-up and stretch before we get down to the main business of firing you up for this strength based workout. Follow Coach Tori as she leads you through each of the exercises. Listen to her tips and cues, we provide variations for each movement so that you can scale the challenge to your current fitness level. This workout takes about 20 minutes from start to finish, so focus on being present and push yourself just beyond what feels comfortable.
