BodyRock Workout #63: Strength Sculpt & Cardio.

Today’s workout is designed to strengthen and tone your whole body – and part of that is activating those big, fat burning muscles in your legs, while getting that heart rate up with some strength based cardio. Strength training mixed with Cardio has been scientifically proven to be the best workout for fat loss, athletic conditioning and overall muscle tone, and that’s exactly what today’s home workout is all about.

Every time we train together, our Coaches try and teach you guys something foundational, be that the power of your breath, or the mechanics of an exercise. Today Jana is going to quickly cover how to set up your lunges so that you always have the correct positioning to get the most juice out of this classic leg exercise. We are getting you in the best shape of your life by not just training with you, but by teaching you how to move in the most efficient, safest way possible. This ‘teaching’ approach to fitness is something that set’s our workouts apart, and it will empower you with the confidence that comes from knowing how to handle yourself no matter what workout you are tackling.
