Rock Your Body

BodyRock Workout #50: Lower Body (with Warmup).

Hi Team,
This series has reached it’s 50th episode milestone, and a lot has changed since BodyRock Workout #1. The production of the show has moved from Toronto, to Vancouver, British Columbia, and we have a new generation of Coaches in our West Coast Crew.

These are very early days, but as the show runner and creator of this series, I feel like it’s the best work that I’ve ever done, partly because we have such a talented team of Coaches. When you assemble a team of exceptional people, they will naturally compete in the pursuit of their own excellence. This competition is extremely healthy, as long as it’s in alignment with the greater goal of a collective, team win. This has been a hard lesson to learn. I’ve had to say some very public goodbyes to people in my life and in this business that chose to put their own personal agenda’s before the team. These people can’t ever share the screen, because at the end of the day, it can only ever truly be about them. I prefer to build teams, which bring a mix of training perspectives, talents and experience to the table. I also promise you this, I will never cast a new Coach for the show that doesn’t show up for our community from the heart.

In the last 2 weeks we’ve brought in 2 new Coaches, Tori a HIIT / Spin Superstar, and Rakan, a strength and conditioning Coach from Jordan. You can check out Tori’s first workout with us here: https://www.bodyrock.tv/blogs/insider-news/bodyrock-workout-47-lower-body-cardio-with-warmup

Rakan is making his debut workout with us today in this workout!

In this is cool news, after almost 2 years of being out of stock, our pump bars and weight sets are finally back. This set comes with a bar, and 30lbs of weight plates. It’s an ideal set for HIIT, Strength Training etc, and it’s perfectly sized for home use. Our Pump Bar was one of our best selling products ever, and it’s nice to have it back. If you are interested in one of the first 10 sets that we have, use this link: https://www.bodyrock.tv/products/bodyrock-pump-bar

Finally, I’d love to get some direct feedback from you guys on the overall direction of the show & brand. I get an incredible amount of knowledge and inspiration from your feedback, both as community members, fitness enthusiasts and fellow marketers trying to build something epic, so please leave your feedback in the comments below.

Don’t forget to check out Tori and Rakan!

Best,
Freddy
