How to do a ‘Dead Bug’ for Abs

The “Dead Bug” is a staple here at BodyRock, because sometimes you’ve just got to go with what works. There are a lot of variations of this exercise, and if you’ve been training with us for a while, you know that these can get creative, but the mechanics of the move are almost always the same – keep your core locked, and engage your glutes.
