HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR LOWER BACK WITHOUT EQUIPMENT

Bring your lower back to the push-up party with one of the best ways to exercise your lower back without equipment.

Try Hand Tap Push-Ups with BodyRock Trainer Jenny Lam. Add them to your next workout. Aim to do 3-4 sets, for 50 seconds.

TIPS:

Keep your shoulders over your wrists in plank pose.
Don’t let your hips sag down–keep them parallel to the floor.
Drop to your knees if the full push-up is too challenging.
