Grab your Pink Thing & go! This full body resistance band exercise can strengthen and shred your physique from head-to-toe.

Sink down into your heels & drive up from your heels. This will help engage your glutes.
Keep your spine flat and long–don’t round your back.
Lift your chest.
Leave a soft bend in your elbows/knees as you press/stand up. This leaves the resistance in your muscles and out of your joints.

Try 3-4 rounds of 10-12 presses to start. Add them to an existing workout, or–if you’re in a rush, do them back-to-back with 10 seconds break for an amazing HIIT and run.
