How to Get a Tighter Tummy: Try this Exercise to Strengthen Your TVA!

Forget crunches. If you truly want a tighter tummy, then you’ve got to strengthen your transverse abdominis (TVA). This muscle acts like a girdle, tucking in your waistline and creating a strong, sexy, sculpted core.

TIPS:
Drive up through your heels to engage your glutes.
Squeeze your glutes at the top of the move for more booty gains and to really engage your TVA.
Graze the floor with your bum, but don’t rest! Keep the movement slow and controlled.
Breathe in as you as lower done and out as you push up for optimal core contraction.
