Try this TOTAL BODY Exercise for a Sculpted Core!

You’re going to feel the burn in muscles you didn’t even know existed. Just try this exercise for a sculpted core and so much more! See for yourself: it works your arms, shoulders, back, chest, and core.

And, because it requires that you stabilize on the Balance Trainer while completing a challenging unilateral side leg extension, this move is taking multiple muscle recruitment to a whole new level.

TIPS:

Pull your belly button into your spine to keep the work in your muscles and engage your core.

Don’t allow your hips to sag toward your spine.

Complete the move without the Balance Trainer if the exercise is too challenging.

Don’t rush! Take your time and think about the muscles you’re using.

If you can only do ONE at first, then just do one and OWN that! Keep at it and the gains will come.
