5 Minute Workout #42 – Your Abs and Upper body

Workout Breakdown:
1. Reverse Push ups (or bend over rows) x 5 reps
2. Weighted Pistol Squats x 4 reps alt. legs
3. Weighted Burpees x 5 reps
This workout is only a 5 minute AMRAP so don’t slack and try to beat me in overall reps!!
