Vicky’s Workout Plan the last few Months!

In the Fall and Early Winter Vicky was working out on cameran doing the workouts you see on this channel, for 2-3hr 1x per week and going to the gym another 1-2x per week to workout her legs and butt. In the late Winter early Spring she got busy with school so now she’s doing home workouts instead of the gym workouts. She uses a weight vest and ankle weights and does the home workout plan you see at http://www.30daybutttransformation.com.
