Heres a workout to help you get a sexy booty and hot athletic legs. This workout will help lift your butt and tone you thighs. You can repeat it 2-3x 4-5 days per week. Exercises: Jumping Squats, Reverse Lunges, Side Step under squats, side to side hops, jumping jack squats.
