Heres a great workout you can do at home or the beach to get sexy legs and a lifted round butt. Workout: 20 Curtsy Lunges each leg, bouncing lunges 25 reps, bouncing squats 20reps, Deep Squats 25reps, one more set of 25 bouncing lunges. Repeat this 2-3 more times for an intense workout and you can do it 3-5x per week.
