Girls Workout for Sexy Legs and a Hot Butt!

Its warm outside here in Miami so Vicky is doing here lower body workout outside by the water. She starts with 20 jumping squats, then 20 Hoping Lunges, next 20 Jumping Jack Squats, lastly 30 Side to side hops. Rest 30-60 sec between each exercise. Repeat this workout 2-3x a day for 3x a week for a great lower body workout.
