Miami Bikini Model Nefriteri Tomalo is showing a home workout using squats to workout your butt and legs. This workout will help you get athletic thighs and a bigger rounder booty. You do 30 Jumping Squats, then 30 bunny hop squats, then 30 Jumping Jack Squats, the 3 sets of 12-15 reps of barbell squats. You can repeat this 3x per week.
