3 Minute Butt and Legs Workout Challenge!

Here’s a great Legs and Butt Workout doing one leg squats with your back foot on a bench. Try to do as many as you can for 3 min, go all out. You should find it to be very challenging. You can repeat this 3-4x times for a really good home and butt workout.
