This is part 3 of 3 of a Intense Butt and Leg workout to help you get a sexy bikini body. Hopefully you did part 1 and 2. You’ll do 100 reps of six exercises: Hoping Deadlift, In Out Hop Squats, Step Back Lunges, Side to Side Hops, Jumping Jack Squats, and Kick Backs. You can rest and take breaks as needed but the goal is to complete all 100.
