Girls Extreme Ab Workout! Can you do it?

In this workout Female Fitness Model Vicky Justiz will be doing an intense ab workout. She’ll pick a few of her favorite abdominal exercises and do them for 50 reps each, resting 1min in between. This workout is hard but give it a try.
