Back Stretches!! Reduce Back Pain!

Using an Inversion Table is a great way to stretch out your back muscles to relieve tension and reduce and/or eliminate back pain. Its great for anyone that works out, sits a lot, or currently has back pain. I personally own one and use it for 5-15 minutes per day. It works great!
