Abdominal Exercises: Single Leg Raises, Triceps Plank Press, Crunches with legs up, Pike Plank, Bicycle Crunches, knee to Elbow in Plank position, Twist Crunches, Leg raises. Do as many as you can of each ab exercise. Rest 1 min between each one.
