Want a sexy bikini butt? How about hot legs? Toned thighs? A round lifted behind? Then do this butt and legs workout. These exercise will lift and help build you a round butt as well as tone your legs. Do each exercise for as many as you can and rest 1-2 minutes between each exercise. This workout doesnt need any equipment and can be done at home.
Start with side to side hops for as many as you can.
Then do in & out hopping squats.
Hopping Lunges.
Side to side hops again.
Curtsy Lunges
Repeat 2-3x for a killer workout.
