Big Booty Bikini Butt Lifting Workout with Squats and Bun Toner Pro
For this Butt Lift Workout Danielle is doing two exercises: Squats and kick-back variations with the Bun Toner Pro (BunTonerPro.com). The squats are great for building the butt and legs while the Bun Toner will help isolate the glute muscles. She starts off my doing barbell squats for about 15-20 reps. Then does kick-backs, 3 different variations. She repeats this 3x then finishing with as many body weight squats as she can.
