This butt and legs workout can be done at home or the gym. It involves squats, lunges, and many other exercises. If you do it at home you will need to buy some weights like a barbell and dumbbells.
Workout:
Body weight squats 30 reps
Barbell Squats 20 reps
Barbell squats (heavier weight) 10-12 reps
Jumping Squats 30-40 reps
Body Weight lunges 20-30 per leg
Weighted Lunges 12-15 reps per leg
Side Step Lunges 20 reps per leg or more
Weighted Side Step Lunges 12-15 reps each side
Side to Side Hops 30 or more. Repeat this 3x.
Rest 1-2min between each exercise.
