Here’s a great home butt and leg workout to help you lift and round your booty. You’ll need a barbell, 15-25lbs to start, and ankle weights, 5-20lbs to start. Exercises: Barbell Squats, Leg Lifts, Curtsy Lunges, one leg back squats, side squat, leg lifts, stepping back lunges.
This is a great workout. Repeat it 2-3x to make it more intense.
