Intense Ab and Thigh Exercises on the StrideDeck

In this video Chelsey is doing her workout on the StrideDeck ( for Abs, Core, and Thighs. This is an intense workout. She’s doing 3 ab and thigh exercises for about 45 seconds each then resting 20-30 seconds between each one. This workout will really get your heart rate up, burn a ton of calories, and firm and strengthen your core and thighs.
