Heres an example of her workout plan:
Goes to Gym Mon, Wed, Fri.
Barbell or Dumbbell Squats 8-15 reps (I personally like Barbell Better)
Stepping Back Lunges (either on the Smith Rack, Dumbbells, or Barbell) 8-15 reps
Curtsy Lunges (Barbell or Dumbbell) 8-15 reps
Ice Skaters (Doing as many as she can)
Do 4 set of each exercise. Alternate between curtsy lunges and stepping back lunges, so if you do curtsys monday do stepping back wed, etc.
Do that for 4 week. On the 5th and 6th week do half the workout.
