Do you want nice legs? Sexy Thighs? Or a round booty? For this workout Bikini Model Maria Gonzalez is showing you three great exercises to build sexy thighs and a round booty. Exercises: Frog Hop Squats Do as many as you can then rest 1 minute Barbell Squats Do 4 sets of 10-15 reps, rest 90 seconds between each set Dumbbell Squats Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps, rest 60 seconds between each set.
