Deadlifts for a Sexy Round Butt & Nice Legs

Deadlifts are a great exercise to build a sexy round butt and sexy legs. Try this workout: Grab a barbell (around 20lbs is a good starting point for most women). Go real slow, take 4-5seconds down and 2-3 seconds up. Really focus on sitting your butt back and keep you back straight. Do that 6 reps. Rest 90 second between each set. Do 5 total sets.
