I believe that exercising on a daily basis is important not only for your health and physical strength but also for your mental state. Exercise makes me more relaxed and happy. It gives me confidence and feeling of accomplishment. Do I like to workout for hours at the gym? Absolutely not, that’s why I do my zwows that are short, fun, and super intense because it saves me time and gives me all the benefits that Im looking for. All that said, Im sorry that I don’t have the new zwow for you guys (technical difficulties with the video).
