Female Fitness Model Andrea is teaching a simple yet effective Abdominal Workout using Planks you can do at home, the gym, the park or anywhere. This workout will help you get lean sexy abs. Do as many reps as you can per exercise. Try to increase each week. Keep good form (your back should be straight). Rest 1-2 min between each exercise.
