How to Workout your BOOTY when you do Squats!

Make sure you sit your butt back when doing exercises like squats, lunges, ice skaters, etc. And dont let your knees go past your toes. Your feet should be flat with most the weight on your heels. You should feel your butt working. Done correctly and you will build a hot Booty!
